A continuing project to realize this purpose: “We are a cross-sector Alliance of organizations and individuals who seek to preserve and increase the supply of affordable housing that meets community needs and priorities in the Rochester area, through shared information, coordination, and collaboration.”

Housing Developers Monthly Check-ins: We are continuing our monthly check-ins with 10 developers who are interested in the Rochester community. We provide the developers monthly updates about the following sites: Riverfront, West Transit, and Kmart. We will continue to provide DMC district site opportunities and City of Rochester opportunities to housing developers, and emerging/BIPOC developers.

Rochester-Olmsted County 4(d) Affordable Housing Incentive Program

Available Description

The Rochester-Olmsted County 4(d) Affordable Housing Incentive program is a voluntary program that helps rental property owners obtain property tax reductions while preserving affordable housing for income-qualified renters in our community. The current Rochester-Olmsted County 4(d) Affordable Housing Incentive Program application is for the Tax Assessment Year 2025 - Tax Payable Year 2026, the tax savings for this application will not be realized until the Tax Payable Year 2026.
