The leadership organizations in Rochester in 2013 were having conversations with Performance Excellence Network on
how Rochester Could move forward with pilot (including an update on DMC and how this could support DMC and other Rochester initiatives, what other leaders/organizations should be involved, the status of fundraising, whether this group is willing to serve as an initial steering committee, etc.) 

Complex environment requires a systems approach to make progress. COE was a notion of working with PEN to do a lean 6-sigma type of analysis on the community's collaboration resources.

Good to learn that Olmsted County embraces LEAP  ... " which is being used right now at Mayo Clinic and IBM and many other business in this community". 

As the region's various initiatives roll out, is there a willingness and a recognition that the LEAP commitment and mindset should be extended from Olmsted County admin to other public, private and social agencies whose collective effort should be aligned to ensure continuous improvement to reduce frictions and improve productivity?
